The group was too big and even with headsets we had difficulty hearing at times as we got spread out. We weren't really impressed with our guide

There wasn't a problem finding the meeting place, however organisation of our group left much to be desired. Lots of waiting as a result, plus the group was way too big. Our guide did your job and was gentle and kind but didn't make the tour interesting. Facts is easy to recite, telling a good story with them makes for better and less boring walkabout.

Hope the guide can come earlier than the start time. Our whole group were waiting for the tour guider more than 10 minutes after the start time. We were thought the tour may be cancelled. And there was lot of waiting inside too. We hope the tour guide can bring all the equipment and make things ready before we enter the building, which other city tours can make.

Didn't love our guide, but would have been totally lost attempting to navigate without her. Also, apparently the dress code isn't followed because my husband and I made sure to dress appropriately, but most people there had shorts (men) and bare shoulders (women)

Our host was lovely, incredibly knowledgable with history, family we were with were lovely too. In retrospect I probably wouldn't book again, but that's just me, prefer to be in control of my own experience. Definately learnt a lot, but would have preferred a faster paced tour. For people that love tours I would highly recommend

Our guide, Elaine, was fantastic and I have already recommended her to several people. She was knowledgeable and passionate about art and funny too. The Sistine Chapel was stunning since we had early access we could really enjoy it. The Vatican museum was too crowded to enjoy. The museum should have timed access because it was packed solid and you could not see anything or hear well. Very unpleasant experience even with a great guide.

The tour guide was too chatty - she spent too much time on her personal experiences and "empty talk" rather than delivering information. She tried too hard to be entertaining rather than being educational. The level of her narration and language were more appropriate for children or teenagers rather than adults seeking to learn.

Not our favorite place in Rome. It's a little hypocritical that a place as holy as the sistine chapel has so many naked people on its' ceilings. However the tour guide was very nice and explained everything we needed to know

The visit was very interesting and the place is so splendid and a must do tour. If it was for me i would love to make it quicker as we spent too much time waiting for group members to gather. The place was too crowded. At the end we just left even without completing all the important sites. Anyway thank you for a special experience.

I was happy to have joined the tour but I didn't particularly enjoy it. Not your fault at all but because it was simply too crowded, claustrophobic and overwhelming for me.

The tour was fine, although the English skills of our guide were limited. They should limit the amount of visitors they allow into the Vatican Museums. It was so crowded and People pushed there way through that it was hard to concentrate on the explanations, it was even hard to keep once balanced without being pushed over!

This was an interesting tour to see; however, the earphones did not work for one person with us and that was extremely frustrating.

It was to many groups at the same time inside The Vatican. Som times it was not posible to follow our guide, and at times we didnt her what he said because of the distent.

As this was high season, it was very busy and we felt rushed through the Sistine Chapel. Perhaps it would've been better during low season.
