It's possible to buy a pass that allows combined entrance to various Venetian museums (please note that the Venice Academy is NOT covered by any of these cards); they're valid for three months (although each museum may be visited only once per ticket), and allow entry without queueing. There is no need to specify individual entry times for each museum covered by the card, giving you greater flexibility during your stay in Venice.
The 'All Venice Civic Museums' pass gives entry to all Civic Museums in Venice ... (St Marks group) - the Doge's Palace (Palazzo Ducale), Museo Correr, the Museo Archeologico Nazionale, the Sale Monumentali della Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana; (the Settecento group) - Ca' Rezzonico, Museo del Settecento Veneziano, (deep breath) Museo di Palazzo Mocenigo e Centro di Studi di storia del tessuto e del costume, Casa di Carlo Coldoni; (the Island group) - Museo del vetro - Murano, Museo del merletto, Museo di Storia Naturale and the Palazzo Fortuny.
We'll point you to our secure page, where you can print out your entry voucher. Print it out, take it with you to Italy and present it at the ticket desk ... they will swap it for your pass. As simple as that! All cards and passes are to be collected at the 'Group' counter (sportello gruppi) of the Doge's Palace (Palazzo Ducale). To gain admittance to the museum(s), simply show the card to the attendant who will let you in through the entrance that scans the barcode on your pass.
