We had an excellent experience. Our guide was very nice, well-informed, patient. We had an extra bonus of getting a tour of St Peter's Basilica. The guide had our names, all well organized.

The group tour was pleasant. The tour guide was nice and very knowledgeable about the place. Unfortunately we had to wait for a long time for the 8.30am tour to start. The meeting place was hard to find. First time tourists as us were lost to find the sign.

Daniel was a very informative guide. We joined the 8.30am tour. Over 40 people in the group made it a bit large and hard to hear him at times.

We skipped past the long queues as we had pre booked tickets through net.. Our guide can't remember her name but she was local italian girl who clearly loved her job and loved informing tourists of the must see Vatican tour..

We really enjoyed our Wonders tour and our tour guide. She made the tour very pleasant. Of course, the crowds were overwhelming, but she managed to find places to hide out in order to enlighten us with what we were seeing. She certainly was a well experienced guide. We really had a good time.

We joined the Vatican afternoon tour at 2.30pm. The meeting point was OK. There may have been other companies there also, trying to get our business. We waited for someone following the instructions, and all went well. Our tour guide was pleasant and easy to understand. Note that the Vatican & Sistine Chapel are by far the most crowded places we visited in all of Italy.

Getting a 'skip the queue' ticket is a must. At our allotted time everything went very smoothly. The Italian lady giving out the earphones was lovely and we had quite a chat with her. Unfortunately our guide struggled with his English and my two teenagers struggled to understand him. I think next time I would get a 'skip the queue' ticket but explore the museum on my own. Yes the guide was informative but it would have been nice to have spent longer in certain rooms. Walking through the Sistine Chapel was rushed but I appreciate it was in the height of the season and everywhere was extremely crowded. We went into St Peter's Basilica alone and for me that was the highlight, it really is spectacular.

Enjoyed our visit to the Vatican. No issues when getting our tickets. Very informative tour, however felt it was too rushed and there was no time to ask questions about the things we were viewing. Too many people also. Very crowded.

So crowded our views of hallways, floors, statues, etc. was obstructed by masses of people. August is not best time to see Vatican. Guide was good but could not keep up with the traffic to get close enough to hear and enjoy.

We had an excellent guide. The museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peters were very crowded, so we had to pay attention to where the guide was. We were able to bypass the long lineup for daily visitors.

Our Vatican, Sistine Chapel and St Peter tour was very good. It was good to be able to skip the line. The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our guide was good and made the trip wothwhile to recommend your Company to other South African's. One small point is that our guide walked a bit fast and at the back of the group battled to keep up with what she was saying. She also sometimes lacked the enthusiasim of the telling the story like other guides from your Company who gave a more interesting detail on the tour, so we would listen to her (dark haired lady who was very enthuastic about her task)

The guide kept us well informed in a way which let us want for more. Very competent and interesting guide! Timing was perfect.
