Oh! what a tour. So interesting, such facts, such sights and Oh, the Sistine chapel, sorry it couldn't have lasted longer. Would recommend Tickitaly to anyone who wants a good tour at a good price

Terrific. However, we did seem to spend ages standing in a hallway listening to the introduction. But I would still recommend.

It was pretty crowded but that was to be expected. the gardens were lovely but I think I was expecting more in the way for formal gardens. Otherwise the experience was great.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable. She patiently waited for group members to assemble before she began lecturing, and, when she had to, corralled the group if stragglers got distracted elsewhere. Her experience and joy in sharing her knowledge was exceptional.

I enjoyed the Vatican and Sistine Chapel very much. I was so glad I had purchased the tickets ahead of time as it made the experience so much easier.

The Vatican Gardens tour was amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable. Amazing gardens and beautiful to wander through. I would recommend this tour for any garden lovers and I'm will do it again hopefully in a different season.

A little long and as we were asked to change our Colosseum booking by bringing it forward an hour an half we had to run to make that booking, made it rather stressful and we missed going to St Paul's square

The tour was great. The original guide was no able to make the tour but immediately the company solved the problem, we just had to wait like half an hour to join to another's group. The guide Yanuna had understandable english pronunciation and good knowledge about the museums.

Our guide, Enza was fantastic! She was knowledgable without overwhelming us with too much information. She kept us going in absolutely horrible conditions (overcrowding, 90 degree temps, long lines and a detour that added at least another 30 minutes onto our already long tour.)

It was a blisteringly hot day when we went and 50% of people were wearing shorts with us in long trousers. Everyone got into Vatican and Sistene Chapel regardless of information sent, stating long trousers were compulsory. Wish we’d worn shorts as it is very hot inside Vatican in all but a few rooms. It was about 35C mind you. Other than that it was a great 3 hours.

Superb tour with great guide!! Only draw back was the crowd size at the Vatican. It made it hard to even move at points. Our tour guide did the best she could to keep us moving through the crowd.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The tour was maybe too much to cover in just 3 hours so it all felt a bit rushed - it would have been nicer to see everything at a more leisurely pace.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
