Very crowded but that is to be expected. Did nt get into Basilica as took too long to get through Sistine chapel and we took the wrong door out (our fault).

We had a very nice tourguide. She told us a lot about things we could see. We could easily find her. Due to the late arrival of other participants we entered the Vatican 15 minutes later than planned. That was a pity.

The only thing which marred the visit was the sheer volume of people on ii the Vatican - but this is out of your control.

The visit was amazing. it is a lot of walking and there were no rest times or toilet stops built into the programme which was a shame. we waited a long time to set off because some people hadn't read the instructions and were not appropriately dressed for the visit. i was disappointed that we were expected to stand in the sun waiting for them. we found it very hard to find the initial meeting point as no address was given. an indication as to which exit to take from the metro would have helped along with directions from there. the photo of the meeting place was not helpful because the large pink flags were not there

Our guide was interesting and very informative. However, we were lead to believe, like many others in our group, that there was open air transport around the gardens, were a little disappointed that we had to walk up and down hills for over 2hrs.

The tour with open bus is an audioguided tour , the walking tour instead i's with a tour guide so the visit is completely different. Regards Tickitaly Staff ]

Our guide Raphaela was wonderful and very informative. Privileged entry would have been better even earlier as it became extremely crowded pretty quickly.

Our guide, Eleonora, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the Vatican Museums. She steered us through the busy passage ways to arrive at the Sistine Chapel which she had described in advance so that it was more meaningful when we were actually there. We were a group of four so felt that our guide gave us her personal attention. I would recommend this tour to avoid waiting in a long queue and to see St Peters Basilica at the end of the tour.

Our guide was fantastic! My only regret is that it goes so quickly through some areas of the museum. I would probably want another hour or so. Highly recommend.

Delores was terrific. Unfortunately, we felt rushed through the Vatican museums and the Sistine Chapel. It was too crowded and we had to keep moving. That meant too much time in the Basilica. However, I am glad to have booked online to bypass the ridiculous line outside!

This tour was helpful for a basic understanding of all the buildings at the Vatican. I would now like to return to spend more time in the museums. I did find it difficult to hear the tour leader via the ear buds especially in the more crowded areas. If you have difficulty hearing you may want to look for ear buds that can compensate for this.

The meeting point was easy to find but getting all the people into the correct group was chaotic, but once done the tour guide was knowledgable and friendly. The only downside and totally out of Tickitaly's control was the amount of people inside the Sistine Chapel, there ought to be a limited number not only for comfort but safety

We enjoyed our visit, but it was very crowded and you were herded through the exhibits very quickly.
