Excellent tour with a friendly, very knowledgable guide (Francesca). So much better than just wandering around rooms staring at the walls. Lots of little, memorable details provided.

Very interesting tour where we saw things you wouldn't see normally. I'm happy that there was other info than just Dan Brown stuff, all the historical info was very interesting. Giulia was a good guide!

The palazzo is beautiful and visiting the secret chamber was extraordinary. The guide was really good and explained all the historical background very well. Best visit in Florence!

Excellent guide, very interesting and gave a very clear, well-structured tour. Getting into the Uffizi is a bit of a battle, but that's not your fault.

I was not aware of this tour until I visited the site. It was very much worth booking. We visited areas not generally open to the public and learned so much about the Palazzo. Highly recommended.

Elvio was a wonderful guide, choosing the most significant paintings and sharing history, technique and interpretation of paintings. His enthusiasm for the subject matter was infectious. I would do another tour of anything with him!

We would like to thank a lot the BEST guide we ever had, a Young french man (cannot remember his name, with pepper ans salt hair :), around 30 years) : he was extremly helpful in giving stories, making clear some wrong ideas we had and teach us a lot of valuable and memorable things. We were so interested he thought we were Art student, no we only love Italian renaissance style ! We would love to keep in touch with this man and get an email if he is agree, or his name and last name, we never know we could visit him one again and ask for his service longer... However thank ticketitaly for this amazing experience: it was only our group in il palazzo vecchio for our secret visit, and enjoy "la salle des cinq cent" alone is UNFORGETABLE!!!! Thank you everyone !

The tour of the Palazzo Vecchio was extremely interesting. Our guide Stefano told us many intriguing details, and was able to answer all of the visitors' questions. We had a thoroughly enjoyable morning!

We had a most pleasant afternoon visiting the Baptistery and the Duomo. Our guide (Maurizio) was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and provided very detailed explanations, as well as answering our questions in detail. It was a very worthwhile experience.

This was a great tour and the guide was exceptional. Much better than queueing for four hours and then having to work out things for yourself. Also meant we got to go to places that ordinary ticket holders would not see.

Another excellent tour which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our guide was informative and interesting, bringing the whole experience to life. Climbing the dome was fantastic.
