Our guide Antonio was superb. His obvious interest and passion for the Uffizi and is artworks and history was contagious. I left wanting to return again to see and learn more. Loved it - was our 4th guided tour and by far the most interesting and enjoyable.

We arrived at location and were directed to a special location, skipped the entry line up and through security before all the hundreds of people who had not gotten their advance tickets. The Palazzo Vecchio was spectacular. We have been to Italy three times and this was so helpful having the pre booked tickets.

The tours were outstanding. Really enhanced my visit to Florence. Guides were very friendly and knowledgable. I had a little difficulty finding the initial meeting spot (directions could be a little clearer), but tours were great. Would definitely use again.

This is the second time that I have taken this tour (others in our party hadn't taken it before). It's a fascinating insight into the life of the palace in Medici times, and I would thoroughly recommend it. (Beware, there are a few stairs to climb!) The guide was superb - clearly passionate about his subject, challenging us to consider the meaning behind pieces of art and happy to answer any questions.
If you're undecided about this tour, let me make up your mind for you - do it!

Found Marcello a brilliant guide. Clearly loved Micelangelo and was very informative. We were a large group but he managed to manoeuvre us around very well.

great tour an guides had very good English and info was very good. Not sure I would worry about the coach trip to the village as we didn't get out. seemed like it was put in just to kill time?
- Where do these reviews come from?
- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. - Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
