Very interesting and enjoyable. Presented ourselves at the ticket office and were told where to wait for our guide, who was excellent. The tour was fascinating and we would recommend it.

The guided tour did not include the review of Medici family, too short, but guide gave very professional explanation of subjects bringing to our group attension

We were the only people on the tour so it was great! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions - we covered everything in just a couple of hours. The queues were very long, but we were able to get faster access which was excellent. We are planning to return to Florence and will definitely use Tickitaly for our tours.

The tour was the perfect length of time and we felt like we got a cool backstage pass to the Palazzo. Would recommend. Plus the ticket goves you access to the rest of the main palace which is awesome to wander around after the tour. When you arrive, go to the "point of information" area at the ticket office, dont wait in the long line.

A most excellent venue and a fantastic tour. Our tour had been, unknown to us, cancelled, but the staff at the Palazzo Vecchio were able to quickly sort our all of our prepaid tickets and organize new tour times that fit within our very tight schedule.

Meeting place was TERRIBLE;very difficult to find. The name of the bakery is frequently covered up by delivery trucks and when the name is covered by the umbrellas. It would be much better to arrange the meeting place for the column with the cross on top, that is located just next to the smallest building of the Duomo complex. The tour was a little too long and boring, but overall it was very good, and I would recommend to friends.

The tour could have been completed in less time. While it was very interesting, the pace was incredibly slow. The guide was however, very knowledgeable.

Our tour was ruined due to a PR event for the movie Inferno. As a result, we could not access many of the areas quoted due to the extra security provided to the movie stars (Tom Hanks , etc.) and the guide was constantly distracted by these security guards. Our guide recommended that we request refunds, but none was given, and rescheduling was not an option. I expect that this is a great tour, but we were quite disappointed.

tour was fine, a bit too informative for us, spent a lot of time over a few paintings hearing about the method of painting. Would be great if that's interests you.

tour was ok, guide obviously loved the subject but we weren't after such an in depth tour, we wandered off and found David which on it's own was worth the price.

For this particular tour - we found that touring both museums on the same day too much. We would advise taking either the morning or afternoon tours but not both.

The tour was conducted without the whisper head phones which made it difficult to hear the tour guide. The tour guide seemed knowledgeable but her English wasn't great, so she had difficulty going off-script to answer questions. Narration was very basic.

This tour could have been condensed into half a day. Too much time was spent talking about the David statue from afar and in remote corners of the Academy and not enough time actually admiring the art. We actually left the tour after lunch because we could not endure any more.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
