The guide was a little overwhelmed by her task due to the enormous crowds everywhere but she did well considering it was so busy. The meeting point was easy enough to find and the timings were pretty well kept to. Would definitely recommend to other visitors for ease and convenience.

it was a very long queue in the blaring sun for a very short tour of the colosseum. i was expecting to see much more of it

The guided tour in the colloseum was short and hard to follow because of the somewhat bad English of the guide.

She gave little information. She was hard to follow and uninspiring. I've been on much better tours. We did skip the lines which was good

The guide would need a better command of the english language. Sometimes was hard to understand

It was hard to hear the guide through the Walkie talkie.

I thought the tour was very informative but we started late because the guide ran out of radios and had to get more and then we finished early. The tour claimed to be 40 minutes long but was maybe 25 minutes.

Very fluent guide though strong accent made hard to understand at times. Would have liked to hear more about the life of gladiators.

The guide was nice, she gave good basic information.
The headphones were not great but if you listened and watched her speak it was fine. New headphones would be recommended.

It was okay, but to be honest we had seen most of it while waiting for the tour to start. We did get a few facts and some background.

The tour was great but having to print my ticket was ridiculous. I wasn't able to do this as I wasn't staying at a hotel. After asking at many local businesses, an owner took pity on me. I ran to get to my tour and only just made it- only to be told by one of my fellow tour-members that she had been able to simply show the receipt on her phone. This was a stress I didn't need! If the Vatican can scan it off a phone, it seems silly that the Colosseum can't.
[Tickitaly responds: Unfortunately the Colosseum have strict procedures and we can only follow what the Colosseum staff decides. If it would have been on us, we would have been pleased to inform our customer about the possibility to arrive without paper voucher, unfortunately it does not depend on us.]

great archeaological student- great knowledge- v interesting BUT
sound system was awful- hand held mics- v v poor sound- I had to stand beside the tour guide to hear (as did my group of 4) so that was v v v poor

Visit was good. Slow down a bit, so everybody can keep up in the crowd.

The Colosseum 30 minutes tour was somewhat brief and not overly informative.

THE 30 minutes tour was just okay. I thought our guide would give us more information about what actually went on in the Colosseum. He did talk about how it was built, which was incredible, but I had hoped we would walk around a little more than we did. I was a bit disappointed, but it wasn't terrible.

We were a bit late getting there because of traffic and parking. The box office would not let us join the tour. So we just walked around on our own. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice to hear the tour.
[Tickitaly responds: Unfortunatly traffic is a real trouble in Rome! And starting time of group tours cannot be delayed. You booked the 70 minutes tour of the COlosseum including the Colossuem dungeons and entrances in this read are limited and restricted and time must be respected.]

Too simple and nothing I cannot find out on my own through reading the guide book
