Tour was informative, the guide spoke very good English, but she was short (LIKE ME) and we kept losing her.

The guided tour was in English, the guide was lovely, but her English isn't fluent, it was difficult to understand

Poor sound in the devices made it difficult to hear the guide. The audioguide in the Vatican Museums was much better..

Although the guide was knowledgeable it was impossible to hear her due to the poor quality of the audio equipment. Lots of static and difficult to hear if more than 5 feet from guide. The pre-recorded handsets - used on a previous visit - are much better.

Could of been more exciting. The operator seemed in a hurry to get it over and done with.

This was not your fault but the guide was terrible, very knowledgeable but not a good guide. She was a native German speaker and the combination of her strong accent and the fact that her voice was so high pitched and thin made it almost impossible to hear her. The headsets don't work well.

The tour was simply bad. The guide had seemed sleepy, bored, and only dedicated 45 minutes for the tour.

The guide stayed with us for about 10 minutes then we wandered around the Colosseum by ourselves. I was not impressed with it, The only good thing about booking the tour was that we did not have to queue other than that I would not bother.

Rate 4. The visit was great. The guide however, needed to point out that there were lifts available in the Colosseum to reach the thrid floor. Seniors did have problems with the steps

The Colosseum "tour" was disappointing. We stood for quite a long time in the initial meeting point while the guide gave a lengthy informative narration. Then we moved to a new location where she did the same. We then moved to a third spot where she gave another long informative narration and then the "tour" was done. The group was too large, the listening devices did not help in hearing the guide, and it was too much standing in one spot and listening to a long narration. No fault of the guide, she was fine, but the manner in which it was planned was not good.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
