You did warn us, but the hour queuing to get through security wasn't great. The guided tour was friendly and knowledgeable though.

This tour has a bit of walking and climbing out in the open so make sure you take some water with you! Was amazing to see and know the history of how the Colosseum and Ancient Rome happen to be and what it went through. Salvador was a great guide but my dad had a bit of trouble understanding his English.

Excellent. Really helped put the sites we were visiting into a historical context. Again the only issue was that tour could have been a little longer.

The colosseum was fantastic, however we could not hear the tour guide clearly as the electronic mechanisms were very fuzzy.

Very good, except the guide was difficult to understand. She talked very fast and her english was "very italian".

The group size was a bit large and at times the guide was difficult to hear with the head sets, but otherwise everything was exactly as represented.

The meeting point was easy to find. The guided tour was informative. My only problem was the guided tour audio equipment was staticity and not really clear. I had to stand close to the guide to hear her.

Not as informative as I had expected but I am fussy with history. However in the context of guided tours when so many similar tours were taking place I would rate this as ok.

The guided tour was good. The guide was informative. Although the ticket voucher had instructions on where to go to collect tickets at the Colosseum, the signposting at the Colosseum was not very helpful and well marked. Also, the tour commenced nearly 10 mins late and possibly did not last the stated time. Otherwise the Colosseum is a must see attraction.

Our tour guide was very enthusiastic about the subject, you could tell he loved the history. But although his English was very good, his accent was pretty thick and sometimes hard to hear; the headphones didn't do enough to block out the noise of the other people talking around us so we missed a lot of what he said.

Tour was ok, not too long, not too short. The guide seems to be experienced and knew his subjects. A bit shame that I didnät book tour also to dungeons, but maybe next time :)

The tour was really informative. Tickitaly clearly explained how to pick up the tickets unfortunately it was not quite as straight forward when we got there due to badly placed barriers that caused a bottleneck at the ticket booths. Nevertheless we found our meeting point in plently of time.

The guide in English was excellent and we enjoyed her commentary. The electric sound booster was better than nothing but not as good as needed for a tour with approx 30 people. It did not spoil a very positive tour though ; and visit. And the Colesseum is stunning.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
