These reviews relate to the various tours of the Colosseum Dungeons that we offer, and have offered in the past. Until the Belvedere top levels were opened in 2017, the dungeon tours were actually provided as a combo tour of both the dungeons and upper levels, hence the references in some reviews to upper levels!

This tour was fabulous. Being able to go onto the arena floor, below the arena floor and to the third level was well worth the price. The guided tour was the best part of it all. We had been to the Colosseum before without a guided tour. It is hard to express how much a guided tour adds to your visit. Our guide was knowledgeable, professional and had some great stories. Highly recommend tickitaly.com

Very interesting and nice to be able to go into the off limits areas to the general admission crowd. The views from below and above the arena floor were inspiring.

Your was great. We had a brilliant tour guide who knew her stuff! Instructions on the ticket print out about where to go when inside weren't quite right and so there was a bit of confusion but overall very happy and would book again without question.

Truly excellent visit. The small tour group and level of access we had was fantastic. It really made the experience truly memorable. The best part though was the tour guide Anna, who was incredibly knowledgeable and delivered the information in a fun and entertaining way. She highlighted points of interest and really 'told the story' of what we were seeing. She was enthusiastic and passionate about the subject matter and really had genuine excitement at sharing on the tour. It was a long walk and tour but definately worth what we paid for it.

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Colosseum and surrounding area. Our guide Patricia was lovely and her enthusiasm and obvious love of Rome made it extra special. The other guide inside the Colosseum was fab too!! Having been here previously during the day,the night tour was not only cooler but the lack of other tourist meant a much more enjoyable experience

Where do these reviews come from?: About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?: Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?: Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?: Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response.
