Our guide, Alfredo, was great! He spoke very good English and was informative. He seemed to enjoy giving the tour and sharing his knowledge of Rome. Despite our great guide, I was disappointed with the Colosseum underground. The amount of walkable area in the dungeons was much more limited than we expected. We wouldn't have booked the tour and paid the $$$ for the four of us had we known how little time we would spend walking underneath.

This was a good tour. Group size was fine and the time we went (8.45), the crowd was small.

The tour was well organized and interesting. It would have been helpful if the tour guide had a picture book of the colosseum and other architectural wonders to provide a better view and understanding (i.e. what the colosseum looked like during the past Roman era).

the tour was a little crowded, and there were some small children who were not well behaved. i felt a little sorry for the guide...

Colosseum was great and night time is the way to do it, however the first hour was not in the colosseum, but at other sites which wasn't advertised.

The guides were wonderful, however the tour was different than we expected. (Maybe I didn't read the description well enough beforehand?) I thought we would spend more time in the Colosseum and was expecting to see the 3rd level, which I found out later was not included because of it being night-time. I wish I had been able to pay less to see more during the daytime but all other tours were sold out.

To get into the colosseum is very disorganized and hectic. Everyone was telling us to go in different directions. We arrived an hour early as suggested and then were told to come back later and as a result almost missed our tour. However the colosseum was fascinating and amazing to see we also got to go to more secluded areas where there was not as many people which was nice. Although I personally do not believe that the price of the tickets is worth what you are getting the actual tour was just okay.

Tour was good not exactly easy to find the meeting point. The guide was ok but once inside the Colluseum the guide was great, I would recommend this tour

The tour was great and we loved the experience. Our guide had a very thick Italian accent that we found difficult to understand, therefore we missed much information she was imparting.

We found the female tour guide very difficult to understand and spent far too much time walking from the meeting point to the actual Colosseum. That time would have been better spend inside the Colosseum exploring. Although we saw a few things under the main floor sadly it was not the experience we had hoped for.

The Colossus at night was magnificent! It was great without all of the crowds. We had difficulty finding the guide, as did others on our tour. Perhaps if you added a note about the meeting place's distance from the Colosseum it would help.

The Colosseum is absolutely spectacular! I highly recommend anyone who visits Rome to do this tour - it is so intriguing and the history is so interesting! Our guide was very knowledgeable although he was a little hard to hear. I think he may have had a slight cold or something because his voice was very low and the devices that we used that were supposed to help us hear him better picked up other signals and noises from far back. I would recommend them getting better devices because if you were not standing near the guide then you were totally confused! What REALLY bothered me was the fact that an infant child was in our group crying and screaming for more than half of the tour and the parents did not do anything about it. I really wish these tours did not allow children under the age of 6 because obviously they aren't going to get anything out of them and it disturbs people who paid to have a good experience. It got to the point to where I was trying to listen in on other tour groups. It was VERY crowded that day, which you can expect since it is a very big attraction in Rome. I would maybe recommend doing an evening or night tour to other people. I think those are fairly new and I know someone that did it the same time we were there and they said they had the most amazing experience!

Rather too long did not finish until 22.50 problems for people to use metro/trains to get to back to some areas of city. Content of tour good but could easily have shortened by not repeating same information, about 30 mins too long.
