This was a great tour, as the colosseum was only open to tours it was very quiet and you could see a lot more. Only thing is I would say you still need to go back at least to the outside during the day just so you can see how it looks when it's not lit up.

Wonderful guide and very informative tour. We appreciated the background on the ruins just in front of the Colosseum. The instructions on the meeting point need to be more clear - perhaps tell participants that it is just across the side of Piazza Venezia (everyone's instinct is to go closer to the Colosseum and if you are not familiar with the monument it is not easy to find). We asked a gladiator and he pointed it out to us!

The tour itself was awesome. We were supposed to be 15 minutes early, and everyone was, except for the guide which made us all really nervous. Once he arrived though he was very informative on the way to the Colosseum and the tour was really interesting. I'd recommend it to anyone.

There was no sign indicating the meeting point - we had to ask a few people to make sure we were in the right area. Tour guides were great.....just thought it would have been better to see the dungeon during the day....night tour was a little dark.

The nighttime tour was wonderful, but, unfortunately my headset did not work and there was no replacement available.

Very good tour. Our guide Laura was really knowledgeable and it was great to be able to access parts of the Colosseum which most people don't get to see

All OK, were asked to arrive 1 hour before our time whereas 5 mins would of been enough at a quiet time but I suppose it's difficult to judge tour was very interesting and the guide was very informative.

The Tour guide should be there 30 min. prior because people who arrived early were not certain that they were in the right line or sport to meet Tour guide? If I remember correctly, our voucher had to be redeemed inside for the entry ticket? Perhaps this step can be changed?

The tour was very good and about what I expected. But, although you make it clear on your site, it can be difficult for older people or those with issues that the steep stair climbing can present!!

The tour was extremely informative. The brief walking tour from Roman forums to Coliseum was nice. Our tour guide Michela was friendly and insightful. I did find the tour to be a bit rushed from the coliseum tour guide since there were other private tours behind us. But this was no fault of tickitaly.com. We really enjoyed booking with tickitaly and had a great experience. Luckily, we did not trust the negative reviews. Thanks TickItaly!

The actual guided tour was perfect but the directions about where to present the voucher at the Colisseum need to be updated. The local staff there did not know and we were directed to several different queues before finding the right one. It is far from clear when you get there. Several other people on the same tour had the same problem and missed the start of the tour. Action required, TickItaly!

Loved the small group. Felt the Roman Forum portion of the tour was limited, would have seen more of it if I had been on my own.

The meeting point was very confusing for someone not familiar with the area. Wonderful to be in the colosseum with so few people.

The Colosseum tour was INCREDIBLE. Best thing we did in Rome. The Forum part was a little less impressive, but still cool.

Our tour guide was very informative. The only thing we did hope for is a little more going through the dungeons. Other than that the tour was great.

Good experience just disappointed couldn't visit floor of Colosseum, but through no fault of ticket company - there was an event planned for Friday July 1st.

The smaller tour guide was better because we didn't need to use radios or headphones to hear her. When we latched on to the larger group, it was hard to hear because the radios didn't work very well. I would give the first tour a 5 and the second a 3

Fourm guide was very informative and always concerned that we were enjoying ourselves. Colosseum guide was also good however, there was a concert the night of our tour which limited the experience.
