We had the best tour of the Colosseum with the best guide Rafa!! It was very easy to find the representative with the tickets outside the Colosseum. Both children and adults enjoyed the visit very much and the visit to the dungeons were extraordinary exciting!

Guides were some of the best we had in Italy - tour is a "must do" in Rome - don't waste time on the regular Colosseum tour where you do not get to the most fascinating parts, go on this one!

Absolutely first class. Our guide Elaine was very informative, enthusiastic, pleasant and very amusing.
The whole trip was over 3 hours but time just flew by.
Highly recommended.

Fabulous tour! The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable in the Roman history and it was a plus that we got to go to the upper levels and dungeons where other tours did not. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The Upper and Lower tour of the Colleseum in Rome was wonderful. Despite all warnings that you had to be on time due to security checks and exchange voucher to ticket, the staff at the Colleseum was wonderful in helping us get with our tour guide since we were late due to the bus pick up time.

Very engaging tour of the Underground areas, recreated stage, and upper story with amazing views of Palantine Hill, The Forum, and Hadrian's Arch. Our tour guide was interesting and easy to understand. It was a small sized group of maybe 16 and the head sets made it easy for my hearing impaired parents to enjoy the tour to its fullest.

- Where do these reviews come from?
- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
