Very good. Guide was terrific. Some confusion on our part as we did not realize the Forum was included and we had engaged private guide we had previously . Our family was disappointed that we had missed this as they preferred to stay with you representative..

This was an excellent tour, we have been to the Colosseum about 6 times before and always wanted to do this extra tour. Just bear in mind, that if its raining hard there is a chance that this tour will not happen.

Worth the extra cash to see the whole coliseum. The Guide was great. It was a little difficult to hear through the provided lower quality audio guides. Definitely Reccomend for a family of 4 with two early teenage kids.

It was a wonderful experience. We didn't have to wait long in line and enjoyed our tour immensely. Our tour guide was interesting and engaging. Visiting the colosseum was one of the highlights of our trip.

The tour is great. It was nice to access areas not open to the general public. You had the opportunity to move around each area without a large crowd and could actually hear & interact with your guide.

Deborah was beyond fantastic. She was engaging, informative, funny and extremely knowledgeable. I asked for her specifically based off of other reviews and I could not have been more pleased. She was even better than I thought she would be. Thanks for making our tour just perfect!!
And what a sweet touch when we saw her another day she came over with a huge smile and said hi, hugged us and asked how we were doing and made sure we were enjoying the rest of our vacation. A++++

The guide we had was wonderful - very informative, engaged, enthusiastic, and funny. The group size was about 15-20 people, which was great (other tour groups we saw were much larger and seemed unwieldy). There were plenty of opportunities to take photos, and the views from the upper tier of seating as well as the floor of in the Colosseum were wonderful. We highly recommend taking the tour of the upper and lower floors!

- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed.
