Fantastic! We loved the Pisa! We were running late from the boat to the bus to the train and became very concerned we would miss our time window to see the inside of the Leaning Tower... The gentleman was so nice, and allowed us up on the next tour which was about a 15 minute wait.

Really enjoyed this visit. The feeling whilst walking up the tower was really weird. The view from the top was great and we were lucky enough to be in the bell tower when the bells rang. This visit does not take long (as long as you have pre-booked your tickets) No longer than an hour is necessary, but what is a trip to Italy without visiting this famous landmark

It was just perfect. We didn't have to wait at all. And it was so easy. What I did was just showing the booking sheet. Actually it was so crowded when we visited. If we must buy the tickets there, we might give up to go up to the top of the tower.

Loved Pisa. Had visited previously but did not have time then to climb the tower or enter the Cathedral and Baptistry. Much more time this time and loved all the buildings. So much more than just the world famous leaning tower.

We didn't know much about the area before getting there and should have bought the complete ticket including the Baptistry and Cemetery, not just for the Duomo and Tower. I can't remember if you advertised all of them as a package or not. I would recommend for those who really like historic sights, art and architecture to buy the whole thing. We were lucky it was not too crowded and easily bought the additional tickets.

If tickitaly can make the sun shine on demand then it would be unbeatable. We enjoyed our visit to one of the world's iconic sites tremendously. Our first view of the tower in real life was breathtaking!

You have to check your bags and be in line 15 minutes before your tour time. They refuse to let you check them in even 1 minute sooner than the 15 minutes.

I expected Pisa to be crowded, but it was not. Instead it was less crowded nice to walk around and quick to get and out of the buildings.

our visit was very good. it was a little confusing as one person said we didn't need to queue with these tickets and then when we arrived we were told we did need to queue.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
