It was definitely worth having the tickets and getting to skip to the front of the line. There is no shade cover there and it was really hot, so it was great to save all my energy for the actual climb!

It was a pleasant visit. Interesting place. Lots to see. We bought tickets to see the inside of the leaning tower, it came with a free visit to piazza del duomo, but when we went there we were told that the building was close for an hour. We didn't wait since we already had a long day at that point.

My and my wife have visit Italy 3 times before always having this visit as a goal but never made it until now, and it was well worth the wait. Liked the whole clime to the top.

We were on a shipboard excursion that ran late getting from Florence to Pisa. The Pisa Tower people were not going to honor our admittance because we were about 25 minutes late. Our Tour Guide intervened and saved the day for us. Recommend the Tower people be more understanding when a tour group runs late.

The Pisa Tower is worth the walk up the slanted stairs. An absolute must if in Pisa. Having the tickets in advance with a set time is the only way to do it and avoid the large crowds waiting to climb the tower.

There should be updated information which tells us to exchange the voucher at the official ticket counter.

We came to the tower to get our tickets, but we were sent to a special office for the tickets and for leaving the bags. (No bags allowed!) Maybe it would be an idea if you told your customers about this when they are booking! The visit was very interesting!

we went the pisa tower at 10am. there is no line at all. so we didn't really take advantage on purchasing the ticket in advance. But this gave us a peace of mind since you never know when there is a big crowed. Last time I went there, there were lot of people.

Visit was good however if you purchase tickets online you need to remember if you are taking a backpack or large bag you need to put it in the lockers near to ticket place otherwise you will be at the start of the link and then asked to put you bag in a locker and have to reline up

All easy and was good to get into tower at a set time
- Where do these reviews come from?
- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond.
