We had no problem getting into the tower of Pisa with our tickets. It was really nice walking up to the top of the tower. ENJOYED it a lot.

wonderful, one attraction in Italy that actually enforces the times for when tickets are purchased.....this allowed us to climb the tower while on a tight schedule and tour of pisa & cinque terre

Pisa was amazing. The Tower is spectacular, but visiting the Field of Miracles, and the Duomo and the Baptistery are just as spectacular. One should really study the entire area .. and learn about the history of the entire area..

So many people in Pisa, who didn't climb the tower. But we did it by tickitaly! Many jalours people on our camping, who also visited Pisa, but didn't climb the tower.

Was perfect -just what we wanted to see and just enough time to see it all. I recommend getting the tickets before going because if you don’t you’ll be waiting in line for a long time and/or it could get booked up before you even get there that day and you won’t be able to climb it at all.

Very good but need to clarify that you need to walk to another building to drop your bags off BEFORE you start queuing at the Tower. Slight panic!

Worked out great. Be sure to talk to the person at the entry before going in as you have to exchange your voucher for a ticket but simple to use. No problems at all.

Excellent all around -- efficient and reasonably priced! We did not have to wait in line, arrived for our appointment and went right in and up the Leaning Tower of Pisa -- just super. Thanks very much!
- Where do these reviews come from?
- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed.
