The tour was terrific. The guide was informative without over loading us with information. She gave a break down of the Sistine chapel before the tour, so I was able to appreciate the intricacies much more. This was the best tour I had in Italy.

Our tour guide, Daniel, was fantastic, and the 8.30 am tour was set up extremely well. We took one other tour in Rome with a different company -- and wished we would have gone with Tickitaly instead!

The tour was great and I guess my issue is not the tour but the tour guide. She was very passionate and knowledgeable about the are in the sistine chapel but she needs to hear her presentations to tourists. She spent a lot of time at the boards with the pictures on them explaining every detail of every work of art on the ceiling of the sistine chapel. Her explanations were too long and detailed. We are tourists not art history majors!! I'm sure she knew more about the art than the pope himself but she was just 2 long!!

The official tour ran over to 3 hours. The heat within the building was overwhelming. The party numbers should be limited to no more than 15/16 as this is an easy group to herd through the great buildings. Overall the tour was exactly as we expected, full of information and beauty.

We throughly enjoyed our visit. It was very simple to exchange our voucher for tickets and our tour was very enjoyable. This was my third visit to the Vatican and St Peters and by far the best and most enjoyable. Our guide was excellent.

It was long considering we had been awake for nearly 24 hours by the time we arrived, but the tour was wonderful. Tour guide was very knowledgeable. He gave us time to wander and take our time.

Having entrance to the Sistine Chapel before the crowds made this purchase 100% worthwhile. On a minor note, we live in the U.S. and the DVD we received doesn't work.

Paola, our guide, was very knowledgeable and charming. We appreciated that we were a group of only 9 people. The Vatican allow far too many tourists inside at one time. Pushing and shoving through the thousands of people is not really in keeping with the reverence of the buildings!

Absolutely amazing experience, our guide was extremely knowledgable, kind and attentive. Skipping the line was obviously a highlight, but would definitely do another tour through tickitaly.
