Despite not being religious I found the whole tour fascinating and the pictures and artefacts were stunning. The tour guide had excellent knowledge and made everything interesting

Sorry, I'm a bit late with my review, did the tour june 20th 16 and it was excellent. We had priority getting into the Vatican on the long ques waiting to get in. The success of a guided tour all depends on the guide and our guide mrs. Deborah was excellent. She gave a very good tour, was very articulate, took her time for all our questions, is aware of most of the history of both the beautiful frescos, paintings, sculptures, vatican, etc. and knows all kind of tidbits you want find anywhere else. She gave a great tour and a very good presentation. There is a lot of beautiful art and history to see/hear in these museums. I already visited Rome and the Vatican 2X before this tour and have to admit that if you don't take a tour like this you have not seen some of the most worthwhile things. And tickitaly should be your guide.

Rita was a fantastic tour guide. She went through at a really good pace so we were able to get the full experience of the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel. She also gave us very useful information on other things we could do around the area once the tour finished.

Early access made a tremendous difference, we were on occasions, the only people in some of the galleries. Overall a wonderful experience.

You pay more for entry ticket sure, but the value of the tour more than compensates. I did the art tour at the Vatican - guide was a teacher, she explained everything (so much detail, nobody had questions) all via earplugs (suggest brining your own as their's was just one ear and I loved having her voice drown out the din of a zillion tourists). There is no way I could've seen, let alone understood all she showed us. Such a pleasant way to see something not worrying about navigating or reading another darn old guidebook! Wish i could remember her name - she's fabulous!

Paula was an outstanding guide. Her comprehensive knowledge and engaging style made this tour a real highlight of our trip! Her discussion of the Sistine Chapel ahead of our visit really brought it alive, we found ourselves pointing out all the interesting details she had described.

The tour was made fantastic by our guide, Nico. A well informed and talented young woman who made our visit so enjoyable and good fun, she is on the top of her game, could answer all our questions in depth and had a depth of knowledge of her subject which left us astounded and delighted. I am still enjoying my memory of that day and I speak for our group of four who all feel the same. A truly uplifting experience which I doubt I will ever be able to repeat. Thank you Nico for your time and patience and very well done. When finding our guide on the day, we were looking for the name, Tickitaly not OverRome which was hidden in the paperwork. Maybe both names could be more evident at the meeting point.

Our guide Paula was excellent and got us through the crowds to make sure we saw everything. It was very busy and I'm sure we would have missed a lot of things if we had tried to do it on our own.

It was great to skip the long line outside the vatican with our ticket! Tour was well organized,we had a knowledgeable and charming guide and the ticket allowed us to freely roam the vatican museum and the sistine chapel. The garden itself was disappointing to be honest. Reminded me of the cheap amusement parks of the 70's with odd looking recreations of the cave of lourdes,all sorts of fountains and objects the popes collected over the centuries etc... the vatican museum on the other hand is filled with incredibly valuable "loot" if I may say so. I wish we had booked a tour for the museum because we didn't have a clue what we were looking at...the sheer volume of the exhibits is mind-blowing.
