get a tour instead of just tickets, it will be worth it to learn about the art pieces inside the vatican museum.

Enjoyed the Vatican and Sistine chapel very much, didn't visit St peters as the queue was very very long,and it was too hot to be standing a few hours to visit it. Would be nice if you could purchase a skip the queue ticket like as we did for the Vatican.
[Tickitaly responds: No admittance tickets are available to visit St Peters Basilica, but starting from October 2014 audioguide service and guided tours are bookable if you wish to skip the line!]

Perfect! an extra couple of pounds each saved us a 3-4. Hour queue. We were in inside in 10 mins. Great!

Just walking past the queue's because had pre booked justified our choice to use tickitaly, the whole experience of visiting the Sistine Chapel and St Peter's is beyond words, we not overly religious but the whole experience does take your breath away and makes you think on the religion side of things

I cannot recommend enough how improtant it is to buy fast rack tickets. I could not believe the length of the queue for those who didnt (and that was in October1) We spent 3 hours wandering round the Vatican museums and wouldnot have wanted to add an further 2 hours waiting to get in. it was really simple, just go to the entrance and walk through on the right hand side, no queuing!

We were very impressed with the way that our booking was handled.We arrived in Rome late on Friday evening and made our bookings online immediately for the Vatican Museums tour the following day. When we telephoned the booking office at 8:40 Saturday morning we were told that our booking was in hand and that we would receive email confirmation within minutes and this was so. Thank you very much.

Cannot fault walked straight passed the lengthy queues and exchange printed copy to actual tickets , and on with the tour. fantastic!

Just to avoid the immense queue at the Vatican was worth the value of the ticket. Should maybe emphasize more this fact.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
