The experience was great. We skipped the lines for the Vatican museum, did not wait in the queues at all. There was a massive queue for at Peters. Overall well worth purchasing the tickets in advance!

Received my tickets a few days after I had ordered them. The tickets came with a list of dos and don'ts regarding the Vatican which were very helpful. I stayed within the dress code that was listed upon arrival at the Vatican I seen many visitors dressed in summer attire but they were denied entry into the Sistine Chapel. Again, I will use tickitay.com again when I return to Italy. It was great not having to wait in any of the very long lines in the sweltering heat.

The entrence to the Vatican Museum was very easy and quick! Perfect. It is also clearly statet that there is no prefered entrence ticket to the St. Peters Dome. So ... thumbs up!

I loved seeing the Vatican. Too many people would be my only complaint but that isn't on you site but rather the Vatican itself. We were herded through the site and it really limited our ability to enjoy the artwork and architecture.

Yes... You do skip the HUGE HUGE line, but you still have to stand in a short line to get in. AWESOME decision, especially on a hot day! People in line complained of having to wait, though they paid to skip the line.... For a very popular destination, the wait was minimal!

Wow ! This was our first visit to Rome and we were blown away by this visit to the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. An incredible experience and all made very easy with our booking through Tickitaly.com ! Stupidly though we forgot to pick up our audio guides ! But then if you follow a tour guides group you can pick up interesting facts along the way !

- Where do these reviews come from?
- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made.
