My visit to to the Sistine Chapel was an amazing experience. The information that came with my tickets made the entry process easy. We arrived half an hour prior to our 9am entry time and were able to gain access early avoiding the 9am rush for tickets. We spent a total of 9 memorable hours at The Vatican.

Both the Colesseum and the Vatican are a must when in Rome. Be prepared for a 'predefined route' when in the Vatican as it works its way to the Sistine Chapel. It is very busy, very hot inside and would take approx. 45mins or so to get to the other end. But it is an absolute must! Note: no pictures whatsoever allowed in the Sistine Chapel; lots of security to ensure this. The other tip is NOT to leave by the exit into the gardens; use the alternate exit so as to work your way into the Vatican itself; this will avoid the HUGE queue you will see at St Peter's Square. I fell foul of that so just a tip. Enjoy this beautiful city.

The Vatican was fantastic.. Glad we had the audio guide....however far too many people in the Sistne Chapel at the same time and I got annoyed at the que jumpers for St Peter's. both gripes have nothing to do with ticket Italy.

Loved the Vatican. Instructions on how to get to ticket office were fine but on arrival, a little disorientating in the heat, crowds etc. Wouldn't hesitate to use your site again. The only way to beat queues!!

It was more relax and an amazing experience! About 10 years ago my wife and I joined the land tour which we did wait in line somehow early in the morning in front of the Vatican for a couple of hours. Phone screen shot of my voucher eticket made us went straight inside the Vatican.Thanks Tickitaly for less stress entry with a very reasonable price too! 5 stars

- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed.
