We were a little confused about how to get our tickets. In your instructions you kept saying you don't have to stand in lines but you did-one to get your tickets and one to get into the Museum. We were with someone who had done this before who set us straight otherwise we would have missed our pick up time.

Good but very busy even tho we booked at a "non busy" time. With such large groups entering no really quiet time. What would help would be a day where groups are not allowed or groups are limited in size. some were huge and dominated the area for some time

The Uffizi was jam packed with tour groups who stand in front of the paintings while the guide speaks making it hard to view the work.

We had to stand in a line to get our tickets from a special ticket office. This took approximately half an hour before we were had received out tickets and were inside the mueseum.

Very strict slot times, but we were on time so it was all good. :) Good idea to pre-book, the line to get tickets at the location was massive.

Experience is good. You can mention in the tickets that it will take at least half an hour in queue to get the tickets. Also mention the exact place name from where we can get tickets

We loved the Uffizi Gallery. However our enter time was 8:15 and the office at the Museum to exchange vouchers for tickets didn't open til then so we scrambled to get in line for the exchange. However, I would still book first in the morning visit times as the lines outside were long by the time we left.

Just too many people. Not really a city person and I hate crowds.

The Uffizi Gallery was both amazing and overwelming. We went in not knowing really what was in there; it was recommended by a family member. I would recommend reading about the art displayed before going for a visit so you could understand and appreciate the displays of art more. We wanted a map of the gallery when we went in and we looked around and also asked for one but there didn't seem to be one so we wandered around not really knowing what each room was. I would have liked to see a map and choose only the rooms that we were interested in.

Inevitably too many people for a truly enjoyable experience. Nevertheless, got it off the bucket list.

the Uffizi was disorganised but this was not the fault of tickitaly . They closed at my allotted time for a staff meeting ? I had to go later in the day which was not what I had planned -

Massive crowds made the visit tedious at times, but the museum itself was wonderful.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
