Exceptional tour. Maria was a very good guide. she knew her facts and was very easy to listen to. My favourite part was learning about the organisation of events and the work that went on underground to prepare the animals and gladiators. It is very busy int he Colosseum but Maria navigated us all through the crowds. booking the full tour was definitely worth the money. The only bit I was disappointed with was that we didn't get time to go to the shop! Forum was an added bonus and we learned some very interesting facts.

The tour was very well organized and conducted by a woman who was very knowledgeable about the colosseum and its history. the tickets were readily accessible once we arrived with our voucher, and the tour started at 10:00 promptly and lasted well over an hour. We truly enjoyed our tour!

Fantastic tour. We were a little late and the regular line was sooo long, but when we reached the desk the ticket lady walked us up to our group inside the colosseum. i thought that was above and beyond - there were thousands of people there and she did that for us through 3 locked gates. It was awesome!! Thank you!! We were confused about where to go, and we couldn't tell who worked there to point us in the right direction. Some told us line 8 and some said line 9 or 7 so we were confused but it worked out great.

Problem was we could not book more than three weeks ahead so made it difficult when travelling from Australia however managed to do it all. The rest worked perfectly. Meeting point was easy to find. guide Patricia was wonderful and tour was great

- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made.
