This tour was incredible! Our guide, Mary Grace, was excellent. She was informative, friendly and we learned so much history from her. The Colosseum was the highlight of our trip. It is worth the money to go to the lower level to see the dungeons and the upper level. Go early if it is available. We took the 8:30 tour but by the time we were leaving, it was extremely crowded and getting hot. Our tour was October 14, 2014. It was easy to find the meeting place and to book tickets. We had a great experience with Tickitaly!

Well worth paying more for the upper and lower levels. Guide was very knowledgeable and kept the tour interesting. The Roman Forums was excellent and the Colosseum breathtaking.

Brilliant tour, tour guide was knowledgable and pleasant. Access to the upper level was a lovely addition and the shorter queue was well worth the ticket price, shame you can't explore the underground levels but nice you can visit a small section.

Excellent tour and the guide was very knowledgable. Had visited the Colosseum in a previous trip during the day when it is extremely busy but found the evening tour was much better as only a few tours were permitted and you could get a greater feel for the building and it's history.

Our guide for this tour was excellent as well. She provided so much information it was almost overload, but very welcomed! We weren't aware the tour also included a small tour of the nearby ruins. Nice surprise!

LOVED IT. The guide was very knowledgeable and the Colosseum was great. It is definitely worth the price to go the areas that the general public can't and go get some inside information while you are seeing the sites.

The visit was magnificent. We took the first tour in the morning (08:30 AM) and we were able to visit the upper an lower levels all alone. Our guide, Maria Grazia was wonderful. We enjoyed it so much.

I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 hours tour of the Colosseum with our guide, Fabio. He did a great job explaining the history of the Colosseum, and the Roman Forum, and I was impressed that he offered to stay at the end of the tour to answer any questions that anyone had. I will be recommending this website and this tour to others.

It was very easy to find our guide - the information and description of exact location was fantastic. Our guide was friendly and very interesting. Her knowledge of the Colosseum and the Forum were excellent and she certainly made this tour (Colosseum upper and lower 3 hours tour) one of highlights of our trip to Rome. If we visited again we wouldn't hestitate to use Tickitaly!

I don't remember the name of our tour guide, but she did a great job! I highly recommend this tour as it is both fun and informative. I've been to the Colosseum before without purchasing the guided tour and it wasn't nearly as memorable as it was this time. It's also a plus that you get to pass the 2-hour line to enter the Colosseum!
- Where do these reviews come from?
- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
