The Colosseum has been top of my list of places to visit for a long time. The tour was excellent, I was with my daughter age 13 and mum we all loved it. Directions of where to meet were great. Guide was fantastic. I have recommended you on trip advisor and to friends and will use your company again.

Super tour of areas you cannot normally go into! Much better value than offers I saw when i was out there. Very glad I did this, best part of the holiday.

The tour guide was excellent pointing out points of interest, and also giving us plenty of time for photos etc. and as the party was smaller as explained earlier, had a lot more time to answer questions. The only thing I would say is to make your covering letter a lot clearer, as we arrived in plenty of time, by the time we realised to go in there were quite a lot of school parties also queuing. On the whole though we enjoyed the experience.

Great tour with lots of interesting information. Our guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
The only downside was that the instruction about leaving at least an hour to obtain your tickets could have been emphasised more. We were fine but some people did miss their slot and had to join the group later.

We all enjoyed the visit of Colosseum. The guide was extremely well prepared with a lot of information, answered without hesitation to our answers and his English was fantastic. We were all very happy that had chosen this guided visit. We would have liked to visit the entire lower area of the Colosseum. Maybe next time:)

Fantastic tour and guide. Our guide was fantastic, she was able to explain so much about the venue which was great. The tour is a must so you can go to the upper and lower levels. These levels were for our group only at anyone time which was perfect. Also go to see the Romun Forum which was good for a quick visit

- Where do these reviews come from?
- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made.
