The visit was absolutely fantastic as anyone could imagine. However my experience was greatly enhanced by purchasing these tickets and not having the worry of queuing or waiting to purchase tickets. I would highly recommend purchasing these tickets or any from this site, for that matter. I will be using this site every time my partner and I go to Rome.

Superb although very hot as we went late afternoon. Definitely worth booking in advance as hundreds of people queuing, it was late August.

Queues were horrendous...... skipping the line was the only way to get into the Colosseum in the heat. I left it late booking but Tickitaly did a marvelous job in getting the voucher to my hotel

Going to see the Colosseum is a must. However, make sure that you book your tickets in advance, to avoid waiting in long lines. We used Tickitaly. They were easy to book, cheap and we were able to see the Colosseum and the forum over two days. The audio guide that came with the ticket was interesting and helped us navigate the site.

The colosseum was as spectacular as I had hoped it would be. The crowds and intense heat would have been a problem if we hadn't had tickets enabling us to move forward quickly.

The "skip the queue" convenience was EVERYTHING. When we arrived at the Colosseum it was hard to find where we needed to go because of the crowds but once we were in line it was fast moving. The audio guide was hard to follow because it would say "go to door 5" or something to that effect and it was hard to know where that was in the Colosseum.

Having the pre-arranged tickets was fantastic. We arrived at the Colosseum mid morning as a party of 6 ranging from 5 years old up to 70 years old and were told the queue outside was >3 hour wait. Having the pre booked tickets with Tickitaly we went in a different queue and were inside the Colosseum within 10 minutes of arriving.

Enjoyable and fact filled audio guide. Tickitaly tickets again made it easy to bypass long lines - even in off season travel! Love the ease with which we access sites with no queueing. Feel very safe and secure using your site for all our ticket needs. Great experience.

It wasn't exactly "skip the line" at the Colosseum. It was just a different and faster-moving line. However, it wasn't exactly well organized, and where to go wasn't well marked.

We so enjoyed our visit we love Italy, all went very well, my be next time we would visit when the weather is not quite so hot, 40 plus degree was a little hot, but a great time had. Thanku.

We where happy to have the audioguide even though we did not use it all times. The kids did not use the audioguide at all, so maybe a Family package could be great.

Although we had to queue for 40 mins in scorching heat before we actually reached the ticket office, we still had an amazing experience visiting the colloseum ! The reason for the queues are simply visitor numbers and of course the fact that most people book online now thinking that they will be straight to the front of the queues ! If you are visiting Rome in July and August then you must be prepared for this !

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
