Had to collect tickets from one queue, then had to join another queue to access Colosseum. Approx 15 minute wait for access,but this was due to security checks, which I didn't mind in the least. The audioguide was interesting and I particularly liked the audio points, so we were being informed of history at the proper place. Will return for a dungeon guide in the near future and will use ticket Italy again for this.

It was so good to skip the Que. It looked like we would of had a 2hour wait but cause of this site we walked past the Que and straight into colosseum

When we got to the colosseum it wasn't very clear where to go. Signage could be improved. Same for the forum. But that probably isn't a Tickitaly issue

It's always amazing to visit the Colosseum =) My third time and it's still magical. With the new ticket kiosk near the Forum, getting my tickets was actually faster and easier.

Pre-booking meant that although we had to queue for the security check, we bypassed the enormous queue for tickets. Well worth doing, even out of peak season. Audio guide kept going back to the start when I lost wifi, not sure if there is way to avoid this?

Thumbs up, avoided a Que of 300 people waiting to go in, going through in 2 minutes by the special line, on a sunny Sunday morning that everyone wanted to visit the Colosseum.

It was a little rainy but I was prepared for the weather! I appreciated the short audio file that was given to use at the Colosseum. I would have loved one as well for the Roman Forum but it also allowed me to walk aimlessly and explore the ruins without the audio file. I definitely want to return in the future and explore it again!

The Colosseum, Forum Romanum and Palatine Hill were incredible. We could immediatly skip the long lines. I definitely recommend tickitaly.com to others. Audio tour was a little bit short, however.

I wasn't able to download the audioguide. I think it was the user (me) that was having the issue so I can't really blame the site. I downloaded it later and listened to it. It was great.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
