The David is magnificent and breathtaking. Absolutely worth the price of the ticket. But the rest of the museum is largely forgettable.

Everything went well and the museum was fantastic. I was happy we booked these tickets in advance as we got in very quickly and avoided the long lines.

We enjoyed our visit very much. I wish I had known that even though we had a timed ticket we would still wait in a sizeable line. Our line moved well, and we were admitted near the time of our tickets. We were shocked, though, when we first realized we had to wait in such a long line. It wasn't as bad as it seemed, but it'd be nice to have been warned. Much better than waiting in the regular line!

Actually getting into a venue is at times confusing. Some require tickets from a separate site and some accept the voucher for entrance. Fortunately there are people to help on site.

Your ticketing was spot on. Having waited to the. Igor before your time options were the only ones available. We had no problem bringing our printed tickets but others used Theo link on their phone without any problem. Honestly worth everything To be able to walk up to the reserved line and we got in within 15 minutes. We didn’t see a link to an eGuide but could have missed it in our haste. Thanks!

Tickets got us right in like they were supposed to. it was great to see the Academia and you were able to spend as much time as you wanted. The rest of the museum wasn't much but we did enjoy the School of Sculpture exhibit.

Good but very busy even tho we booked at a "non busy" time. With such large groups entering no really quiet time. What would help would be a day where groups are not allowed. Not so busy so as the Uffizi. so many people taking multiple photos of the David meant hard to get a good view but crowds stayed longer than if photos prohibited.

It's great not having to spend time in the queue, still too many people inside the relatively small museum @10-11am. The exhibition was ok.

The jump the line tickets were totally worth it, but you should know that the jump the line ticket line can still be long and we waited 45 minutes to enter. It was much much shorter than those who bought tickets at the venue.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
