Missing the queues was excellent. Sadly there were too many people inside and it spoiled the visit. Numbers need to be restricted.

Again straight to the desk, got the tickets, no queuing. Worked our way through the museum to the Sistine Chapel, all very crowded. Maybe they should have timed entries as in the Uffizi to cut down on this as it was hard to see some of the exhibits and appreciate the chapel properly.

The Vatican, St Peter's and the Sistine Chapel are amazing and I am so glad I went there. However, the crowds are overwhelming rude (astonishing in such a reverent place) and some of the staff were not very helpful and friendly.

Ticket and Audioguide side went well. I took photos in the chapels to view later. St. Peters was my high-light.

The short queue for ticket holders was fabulous. we skipped the 2 hour wait and were through the doors of the Vatican Museum in 5 minutes. Be prepared for the large numbers of people, and be sure to stop for a while in the Sistine Chapel.

It was an outstanding visit. It would have been nice to know that the need for the 15 minute arrival was for the security line. And then you need to get in s other line for reserved tickets.

Regardless of having the tickets and that we didn't need to be standing in line for hours (we are glad we found you, the amount of people during the visit is overwhelming and it's hard to enjoy a visit in this conditions, a recommendation to them is to limit the number of people per hour, as they do in other museums. All the art the thing to see are great but hard to enjoy with such crowds.

we visited on a very hot day when there were hundreds of tourists. we had to queue to get in but not for long. The queue for people who did not have tickets was several hours long.

It was great to have tickets ahead of time. The lines were long. I don't typically visit in the summer months. The museum was very crowded with large tour groups. It made viewing difficult.

Glad we booked in advance, very crowded though but enjoyable nonetheless.

Got right in!!! Crazy long line for everyone else. Wish we knew of the direct entrance to St Peters, ended up going all around.

The only thing that may have made it easier would be to have directions that were more clear as to where we had to exchange our vouchers for the tickets. There was a "redirection" of the crowds the morning we were there, which lead to some confusion. Aside from that everything was top-shelf.
Thank you for helping us have such a memorable time.

Seeing the line for people without tickets in adavece makes paying the extra seem not so bad.

Great to have 'skipped the line' as just so many people.

Amazing place but the huge amount of people made it heavy going. We were shoulder to shoulder with other people all the way through.
