This tour was the best! The way the guide lead us through the various sites and built up to the Last Supper was excellent and well worth it.

The Last Supper walking tour exceeding my expectations in every respect. The guide took us on a fascinating Leonardo da Vinci trail across Milan from the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana to the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie. The guide was very well-prepared, articulate and always gracious. I can thoroughly recommend this experience.

We were very pleased with the tour, the quality of the guide and explanations and the comfortable bus. We really enjoyed the tour. The guide was excellent. We feel that we received good value and that the tour was worth the price we paid

Great tour guide - if not much time in Milan, highly recommended for a quick overview of Milan. Being able to view the actual Last Supper at the end of this tour was one of my highlights of the whole Italy trip. Tour group should notify beforehand to wear appropriate clothing for the church.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and thought the tour was very good. We were pleasantly surprised to find we entered the Duamo and La Scala. The guide was very knowledgable and open to questions,friendly and the time just flew by. We would definitely use " Tickitaly " again.

This was my first EVER booked tour . It was much larger than expected but Our guide Valentina was superb , knowledgeable and I learned so much about Milan. the bus driver Antontio was a gentleman and helped us down the bus steps , It exceeded all my expectations and to assure that I got to experience the Last Supper with a expert was fantastic

This tour was amazing. Not only did we see the last supper, but we did everything I wanted to visit while in Milan. Our tour leader was informative, friendly and funny. She kept me and my husband and our three school aged children engaged and interested. Thank you!

Enjoyed it enormously. Have waited a lifetime to see the Last Supper. The interior and museum of La Scala was a bonus. I had walked to many of the sites in the days before the tour, but the tour guide was so good, it gave depth to my experience.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
