I am very, very very happy that I have seen the Last Supper by Leonardo and Pinacoteca Ambrosiana.
Staying and visiting the city of Milan and Bergamo with his Alta Citta was great.
Really great experience for me and my wife.
I like to will come back.

Our guide was wonderful, I was so lucky to have her. Her knowledge was vast on Leonardo and The Last Supper and she gave us plenty of tips and background in advance so we could use our 15 mins effectively. I thought she was marvellous.

We had a wonderful walking tour of Milan, our tour guide Lara was so lovely and I couldn't recommend her more highly! Her knowledge of Milans history was incredible but more importantly she captured our imaginations and with the grande finale of the last supper we couldn't have asked for more! Thank you Lara.

The guide named Lara was excellent, truly an expert. Informative about the painting and the nearby sites on the tour, but she also gave an excellent overview of the history of Italy and Milan and its contemporary lifestyle. Lara also had a wonderful sense of humor. She is a wonderful guide.

We notified Ticket Italy that our train from Venice would arrive at 1:15! We paid 36EU's to check our luggage at the station & ran into the pouring rain trying to locate the meeting spot & arriving 5 minutes after the tour started. Our guide, God bless him, was still organizing the group. The painting, along with the lesser known work at the other end of the room was spectacular, a once in a lifetime experience!

- Where do these reviews come from?
- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response.
