The dungeons are a must-see which this tour allows you access to. Some don't so always make sure you book this tour to see into the past.

I booked our tickets from home. I received an email 2 days before our tour to find out it was cancelled. Tickitaly was very accommodating. We had the option of 2 different dates to chose from. Tickitaly sent a voucher by email. We had no way of printing it. Tickitaly made special arrangements with the tour guide informing him of our situation. All we needed to do was show up for the tour and all was looked after. The night tour of the collesium was informative, excellently coducted and the guide was passionate about history and his knowledge and humor made it enjoyable.

Excellent tour extremely informative, great views from upper level. I have visited the colosseum twice before both times without the tour and it did not hold the same interest as it did this time with the tour

The tour was great. It started promptly and the guide was really nice and so knowledgable. We were really pleased that we booked this tour as it was fantastic read to go out on the stage floor and to the lower and upper levels

The tour itself was great. Highly recommend the lower level. Our guide was so nice and kept you intrigued. It was extremely hot out and she made sure to keep us out of the sun as much as possible. My husband and daughter loved the tour.

The tour guide was really good - Julietta. Her passion was apparent. She was very good at greeting the group as we waited for everyone to congregate. My only thought would be microphones would be a good idea. We couldn't hear her at points of the tour.

Our guide from Tickitaly.com was the key to a most successful and enjoyable tour of the Coliseum and the Roman Forum. It was a very hot day in Rome, but with our guide, we walked past the long lines waiting for tickets, right through the entrance, and directly into the cool tunnels under the Coliseum. Ahh! Our tour included amazing sights in the "underground" Coliseum, plus several hidden gems on the main level, and then a climb to the highest level for a spectacular overhead view of the Coliseum and the surrounding historical sites. Wow! Next, our guide led us through the entire Roman Forum, dispensing wisdom at every turn. This was an excellent "behind-the-scenes" tour, with an informative and most-entertaining guide. Bravo!

This tour was awesome!! We loved it. It was great being in the colosseum at night - so quiet and impressive. We enjoyed not having to fight the crowds, the cool temperatures and being able to hear our guide easily. We would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to learn about the colosseum and truly experience its grandeur.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the sites, the history, facts, myths, ...and had a great sense of humor. She added much to the tour, and we all came away with a much deeper understanding of not only the forum and colosseum, but Roman and Greek history in general. She was excellent!

- Where do these reviews come from?
- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response.
