Process worked really well as to be honest I was a little apprehensive that the vouchers would work, but they did. The instructions were clear, although had to take care we got in the right queue at the Colosseum as the signposting there was not obvious.

Everything went smoothly and was well organised. Our tour guide was well informed and took us into areas that nobody else was allowed with great views over the city. This was definitely the best part of our trip.

There are very few words to describe what an amazing experience this tour in particular was. I would have been extremely disappointed and slightly jealous if we hadn't spent the extra money to do the dungeons, arena floor, and the third tier. With how small they keep the groups you really get individual attention and are able to really take in the experience. This was certainly the highlight of my family's trip to Rome! Thank you Tickitaly!!!

The tour was fascinating. The entire family enjoyed it tremendously. Our guide was very knowledgeable and open to answering any question we had. The one hour tour went by very fast.

Fantastic visit guide really knowledgeable, great access to the colosseum without the crowds. Only thing that would have helped would be directions to the meeting place, a lot of people were very confused.

Amazing Experience! No lines, much cooler than daytime and we felt like the only people there! Don't hesitate! This was a highlight for our trip!!!
- Where do these reviews come from?
- About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
- Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
- Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
- Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
- Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
- Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
- Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed.
