Entry to attractions went smoothly once the official tickets had been picked up at the ticket offices, using our print outs. (Maybe remind customers that they will still need to go to the pre-paid tickets office first before joining the entry queue.) The pre-paid ticket office was straightforward though. Thank you for a good service!

Beautiful works of art but very crowded and still had to wait in queues to exchange vouchers and then to enter inside. Better signage outside Uffizi & Academia would help.

We disn’t take advantage of the e book guides that would have been helpful

It would be beneficial if you could split the ticket over two days. Also we did not get the e-guide

We enjoyed very mush the short lines which gave us more time to admire the art.

It was still very busy but it definitely made a difference not to have to wait in the ticket line. We still waited a while in the prepaid ticket line.

The Uffizzi was great and enjoyed the visit. Although we had timed tickets, the day we went, they were flexible and allowed us to go in early. The Accademia was just okay. The queuing is not well organized and having timed tickets did not help greatly. Although we did not have to wait as long as others with no ticket, we still had to wait for 40 min. The Accademia Gallery is small and really the only thing to see is the David.

Uffizi - very crowded and hot - limited air conditioning. A must-see if you enjoy renaissance artists.
Academia - much, much smaller. A bit confusing upon arrival as to where to pick up tickets as the signage is limited/confusing.

Directions on how to find the ticket place was a little confusing to someone who is not familiar with the area. The Uffizi needs to do a better job organizing how people get in to the museum. Even with the advanced purchased tickets, we still get in with a mob of people pushing their way; it doesn't look very efficient!

Still long queues despite rebooting tickets, Academia was rather better organised than the Jacuzzi it was great to see David

The museums were wonderful. It was very hot in the Uffuzi, and the entrance lobby was disorganized and crowded.

The tickets made it super quick and easy to enter the galleries without any waiting. Fast, convenient and well worth booking in advance.

Well worth visiting but would have been more pleasant if the airconditioning was working. Very hot inside. Buying a ticket online is definitely the way to go as almost no queue to enter, the regular queue was extremely long and would not be nice in the heat.

good, a little overwhelming with the weather and crowds.

This was a great option for people like us who didn't plan far in advance to purchase the tickets individually ahead of time. It is significantly more expensive than buying them directly from the museums, but it was our fault for not planning ahead better!

Very happy that we had purchased these skip the queue tickets during peak summer. The queues were extremely long!

So easy to avoid queues by arranging things beforehand and this facility within tickitaly.com certainly avoided queuing on the day. The system at the Uffizi was the easier of the two and directions more simpler.
