The only way to see the popular attractions! On the advice of a good friend we ordered our tickets before hand and thank God we did. Took 10 minutes to get in to see a the David as opposed to the folks waiting on line for HOURS!

The website was a bit unclear in its wording for the discount tickets for those exactly 18 yrs of age. This caused us to buy the wrong ticket. It wasn't a problem though, as the ticket counter at the Accademia changed it quickly.

Should have an advanced ticket, or wait in a long line.

The visit to Accademia was wonderful, but there was a lot of confusion about where to pick up your tickets before you queued. The Accademia staff must have been asked the same question thousands of times - perhaps big signs outside the entrance so people don't queue with their email confirmation in their hand thinking that's all they need to get in! The ticket collection point was opposite so this really should have been highlighted on site better than it was but it only took us 10 mins to work it out, queue for our tickets (with confirmation) and then queue to get in. The system actually works quite well once you know what you're doing!

It was much, much busier on this visit to the Accademia than the last time I was there, so purchasing tickets ahead is a must. There was some confusion upon arrival about exchanging the voucher for tickets...the little ticket exchange was across the street from the entrance and not easy to see...but I asked a tour guide who was out front and she told me what to do. The line for entry for those with tickets was quite long, but moved quickly. The line for people who did not purchase ahead did not!

This was also perfect, because we came in the morning and saw a lot of people waiting to get in. Thank you

We thought that tickets to Accademia were sold out after trying other vendors. Booked through tickitaly at the last minute without any problems. The gallery experience was wonderful. Thank You!

Love this place! The pre booked tickets on tickitaly.com made the entry process quick and easy with us sailing past the long line of people who hadn't booked online!

Best. They came and found me. We got the tickets in minutes and were let in early. EXCELLENT. A tremendous contrast to the Uffizi.

This is my third visit and is always very interesting. The only problem is the amount of people, it is not as it used to be

Love this small but important museum. Seeing David in the flesh, so to speak, moved me more than I ever expected.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
