Easy but should not have to wait in another line to Pick up Skip the Line Tickets.... Perhaps there should be a Fast Travk line but not a huge issue ....

It is easy to get the pre booked tickets at academia as instructions were clear from tickitalty. The admission to the museum was very smooth.

We were provided with voucher but no instructions on where to pickup the tickets from. We figured by ourselves that we were supposed to go to a window number 53 or something. Not a big inconvenience, but it would have been nicer.

Employess were outside to direct us to the correct window and entrance. People without pre-paid tickets were around the block and I was able to walk right in! Couldn't have been easier!

When we arrived, I was so thankful that we had tickets when I saw that long line of people trying to get in. We only had to wait five minutes. Seeing the David was a highlight of the trip to Florence, along with the many other works of art. My entire family enjoyed our visit to the Accademia. Thank you!

You cannot appreciate how big the statue is until you see it in person. Also after seeing the lineup to buy tickets I was so relieved to have bought tickets from your site.

Wonderful! The exhibit was magnificent and David much larger than we expected--the most beautiful sculpture we had ever seen. The street was crowded, but admittance was limited by ticket time, so the visit inside was excellent. This was the highlight of our trip.

The directions on finding the ticket office to exchange our vouchers was a little less helpful than I would have liked but there was a staff member who helped us find the right location. Once there, I got the tickets quickly with no issues. We waited in the reserved ticket holder line for approx 20 minutes, but it was WAY better than the extremely long line for those without advance reservations. Thank you for making this experience possible and making the most of our vacation time!

Tickitaly was excellent. You called me at 8:30 a.m. the day I wanted tickets to the accademia after I had emailed the night before. I didn't really expect that to happen. Great service.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
