Favourite gallery ever. Great collection, very crowded with group tours, but enough time, up close and quite personal for half the time. Very good!

It was easy excess for us because I had tickets pre purchased I can highly recommend this through this channel. You do not need expensive skip the line tickets. It is a great museum but there is almost too much to see. Enjoy the park too. Another tip really come on time you have only 2 hours to go through. The audio tour is an extra expense.

The gallery is fairly small and it took us only about an hour to go through the rooms.

Somewhat chaotic at venue getting in 3 different queues for tickets, cloaking and Museum entry. Didn't realise park was so large so would have taken taxi had I realised. You could add something to info to ensure people know.

I forgot about the ebook guide included with the price of the ticket, and when I checked in at the Borghese Gallery they didn't remind me or offer it.

Amazing place, disappointed that Borghese change their rules on pictures day by day it seems, and my day it was an unexpected no. But the ticket worked perfect. Thanks.

I didn't realize the Borghese included an e book guide. Nonetheless we had a wonderful time there and appreciate the courtesy follow up.

Incredible art collection ... particularly the Bernini sculptures on the first level. Audio guides are not well done unfortunately. They also restrict your visit to a two hour window. The collection however is one of the best in Rome.

Lovely gallery. Best to go early as there are less crowds. Easy to get tickets with the voucher

Very good experience, only the amount of people at the same time visiting the Museum, but is something inherent to the quality of the Museum and summer time.

Unfortunately we were only able to use the first hour of our two-hour slot & there was no flexibility to go in earlier or change our slot, but we targeted the works we wanted to see & managed to fit them in.

The lady at the audio guide office was extremely rude and unpleasant. One friend's audio guide malfunctioned and she was rudely treated which spoiled her visit. my experience was wonderful

OK, I made the mistake of buying 1 ticket for 3 people instead of 3 individual tickets, and as we all turned up at the Borghese separately, it wasn't very convenient as they wouldn't let us in separately.
[Tickitaly responds: Yes, one voucher is valid for one entrance(of one person or more, following your order request) but you are supposed to present the reservation voucher together if you book together].

The gallery has some beautiful paintings but is expensive and not that easy to get to. You need the bus as to near a station. The statue of David is amazing though. We would not go back and wish we had gone to the Museum of Modern Art instead.

Where do these reviews come from?
About two weeks after you have used your tickets we send an email asking you for your feedback on tickitaly.com and on the individual attractions that you visited. We ask our customers to give us and our tickets a rating out of five stars and to write a short review - all of these reviews come from people that have bought tickets from us.
Why are there more stars awarded than reviews?
Many of our customers opt to award stars rather than write a review.
Why do some reviews have a ? instead of stars?
Some reviewers opt to write a comment but don't enter a star entry. These are sometimes positive and sometimes negative - we include these reviews in the listings after the starred reviews, but we don't include them in the overall ratings.
Where is my review? I can't see anything in the list?
Each review is checked by our staff in order to avoid posting inappropriate content or personal details, and to see if the customer has had a specific problem that needs to be addressed. In most cases these reviews go online with their star rating and any comment that has been made. In the cases that there is an issue that we have to address, such as refunds or specific complaints, we flag the review for response. In those few cases, any star rating is immediately taken into account in our ratings but the actual review is only posted once we have resolved the issue or had an opportunity to respond. Any editorial comment will be clearly highlighted like this: [Tickitaly responds: .....].
Are these reviews real or have you faked them?
All of the reviews and star ratings have come from people that have purchased tickets from us. We are very proud of the service and products that we provide, but obviously we aren't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Once we have addressed any problems that a customer has had, we will process the original review (although we reserve the right to fix minor typos like ticketitaly).
If a review contains offensive language, abuse or personal insults, we'll publish the stars but omit the text.
