Under the guidance of your chef you'll discover some precious secrets of traditional Italian cooking, from the choice of ingredients, cooking times and techniques, to which wines to marry with the regional dishes you'll prepare.
The lesson lasts around three hours, starting at midday, and after you've prepared the dishes, you and your fellow 'students' will sit and enjoy the fruits of your labours. A typical session will see you preparing a typical Tuscan menu of appetizer, first or second course, side dish and dessert.
The lessons run on Wednesday and you'll be met in the centre of Florence to begin your course. The courses start at 12 noon and last three hours.
Tour is not available from 14th December to 12th January.
