'Best of Florence' Walking Tour

Two hours is clearly not enough to see 'all' of Florence but this tour will give you a level of insight into the history and people of Florence that will make your visit, whether short or long, a much more informed and complete one.

To be clear, this is an 'outdoors' walk as you'll not be entering places like the Uffizi or the Duomo, but you'll be seeing (take a deep breath):

• Piazza san Firenze.
• Santa Croce.
• Piazza Signoria and the Palazzo Vecchio.
• The Loggia dei Lanzi.
• The Uffizi Gallery.
• The Ponte Vecchio.
• Via Maggio.
• Ponte S. Trinita.
• Via Tornabuoni (the street of fashion).
• Palazzo Strozzi.
• Piazza Repubblica.
• The Duomo, cathedral.

You'll be met and accompanied by your licensed tour guide and you'll be sure to miss nothing, even when things are crowded, as you'll be listening in via a provided audio system. The tour will go ahead whatever the weather and, if you're taking the tour on a Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday it may be that the tour will be run in English, Italian and Spanish.
