An official guided tour of the Borghese Gallery as part of a group of no more than 15 people. The tour lasts around 90 minutes, and is available in English or Italian, Tuesday to Sunday (the gallery is closed on Monday), starting at either 9.00 AM or 11.00 AM in the morning.
The very definition of 'small yet beautiful', the 20 rooms of the gallery contain masterpieces almost beyond compare, and a member of the gallery's official staff will give you a deeper understanding of the wonders on show.

Tours are run by official staff and, once you've collected your tickets, you'll be shown where to go to wait for and meet the guide.
You'll be gaining a real insider's knowledge of both the history and contents of this most fascinating collection and building.
Tours (in English) run Tuesday to Sunday at 9.00 AM or 11.00 AM. If you fancy taking part in an Italian language tour, they run Tuesday to Saturday at 11.00 AM, 3.00 PM or 5.00 PM - on Sundays it's every 2 hours from 9.00 AM until 5.00 PM. These times may vary slightly throughout the year.

4th Mar 2019We were at the gallery at 11 am and had to wait 10 min before the start of the tour. The tour guide was a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady who showed us the most famous works of art (statues by Bernini, paintings by Caravaggio, etc.) and explained the history of the gallery. At the end of the tour we had about 15 min to wonder around the gallery on our own, and it was OK as we had visited all the rooms with the tour.
