‘Gli occhi di Caravaggio’

‘The Eyes Of Caravaggio’ features a collection of more than 50 paintings presented as formative influences on the young Caravaggio. These are all works that Caravaggio, aged between 14 and 20, prior to departing for Rome, would have studied in the churches and studios of the Veneto and Lombardy regions.
Artists represented include Giorgione, Moretto da Brescia, Moroni, Tiziano, Vincenzo and Antonio Campi, Simone Peterzano, Arcimboldi Ortolano, Tintoretto, Lorenzo Lotto, Giovanni Ambrogio Figino, Jacopo da Bassano and many more.
