Pickup from Pisa or Florence airport, private transfer into Florence

Private pickup and transfer to (and from) Florence from your airport - Pisa, Florence, Rome, Milan, Bologna, Genoa and Venice.

Now you can land in Italy with a pre-arranged private transfer from your aiport to your hotel or other accommodation in Florence. An English speaking driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals lounge, sign in hand; once they've helped load up your luggage you'll be whisked into the heart of Florence in your private car, limo or minivan.

You'll not need telling about the advantages of 'just getting out of the airport' and onto your destination, keen to relax and begin your time in Italy. You may not, however, be aware that taxis in Italy are expensive, and you may well find that the cost of these private transfers is as attractive as their convenience - cars will hold up to 3 people plus luggage with the minivans holding up to 8 people plus luggage.

Transfers into Florence are available all year round and we offer pickups (and return trips) from the following Italian airports:

• Pisa airport - PSA
• Bologna airport - BLG
• Genoa airport - GOA
• Milan, Linate - LIN
• Milan, Malpensa - MXP
• Rome, Fiumicino - FCO
• Rome, Ciampino - CIA
• Venice airport - VCE

You may choose from 'car' (typically Mercedes E class), 'limo' (S class) or 'minivan' (Mercedes or Volkswagen). Use the form below to select your arrival airport, arrival time, size of group and type of vehicle desired and we'll show you the price before you proceed to book. If your flight is delayed then the first hour of lateness is included in the price - there will be no extra charges. Beyond this first hour there is then a fixed fee per each additional hour of delay, currently around 40 Euro for car or mini-van, 60 Euro for limo; these charges will be specified during checkout. If the delay stretches into the period between 10 o clock at night and six o clock in the morning then there will be a 20% night surcharge on these fees.
No need to torment yourselves with visions of never-stopping taxi meters though - all transfers can be cancelled (by telephone only) right up to 3 hours before scheduled pickup time. There will be a cancellation fee, but nothing more than that. Click here for full terms and conditions.

Drop-offs and pickups are assumed to be in Florence city and if not there is a fixed charge per extra kilometre. This extra charge will again be specified during checkout but is currently between 75 Euro cents and 1 Euro 20 cents per kilometre. Again, there will be a 20% surcharge on this fee if the transfer runs into the period between 10 o clock at night and six o clock in the morning.

That's not meant to sound scary. In practice none of the above are commonplace. If your flight is on time or up to an hour late, your accommodation is in Florence, and the transfer is between 6 in the morning and 10 at night then there will be no extra charges whatsoever. This is indeed the case in the vast majority of circumstances.

All taxes, toll charges and driver's fees are included in the price.
